Pātaka Whenua is the online portal that holds the Māori Land Court electronic record, which includes minutes and orders.

Windcave will be used to support the payment of filing fees via the online portal. WITHDRAWING AN APPLICATION A withdrawal happens when a customer withdraws their application.

In May 2023 we launched a redesigned web- site and a new online portal – Pātaka Whenua. The introduction of the Pātaka Whenua technology was part of a wider Whenua Māori Programme of change which also included implementing legislative change and intro- ducing new ways of working.
