WHAT IS THIS FORM FOR?
The applicant should be
prepared to establish this at the hearing.
2 The rules require that proper notice must be given of the time, date, and place of the hearing to persons who voted against the formation of a trust
or objected to it (see paragraph 10 under Details in support of application). The applicant should produce evidence of that notice at the hearing.
3 The CV for proposed trustees need not be comprehensive.
The trustees can be employed by the trust or have an interest
in any contract11 with the trust, but they must not vote or

gazette notice has been issued formally
establishing the Māori reservation.
