Where there are more
than three trustees, a quorum 12 is at least
half of this total. Where there are only two
trustees, both are required for the purpose
of establishing a quorum.
In considering applications relating to alienations, the
Māori Land Court must be satisfied that the preferred classes of alienee have been
granted an opportunity to exercise the first right of refusal.
12. Māori custom.
A copy of any lease exceeding 21 years must be submitted
to the registrar of the MLC for noting.
An administrative structure similar to a company for managing Māori land vested
in it by the Māori Land Court.

part of any Māori land in which they have interests.
