Te Kooti Whenua Māori – Māori Land Court
You do not need to register in Pātaka Whenua to be able to access information or make an application or enquiry.
The Court can take account
of a broader range of factors when granting an order for reasonable access to landlocked
Māori land, which can help whānau gain access to their whenua.
(c) Rates rebates shall benefit the party that pays the rates.
8. Access and Infrastructure to the Site
(a) The Landowner(s) and Occupier shall agree the means of access to the Site
and the Occupier shall pay all costs associated with constructing an accessway
and maintaining and repairing the means of access.
MAF’s
proposition is that the dominant factors of decision-making and access to appropriate
skills and capability are the root of success at all levels within the framework that we
have described earlier.
