Managing trust funds
The trustees must ensure that all money received by or on behalf of the trust is paid without
delay into the trust’s bank account.
The trustees must keep a detailed record of all receipts and payments of trust funds.
There are still enforcement issues with this process including the inability to bind third parties who are not privy to the arbitration agreement (such as banks where an order is sought freezing funds).
