NOTIFYING BENEFICIAL OWNERSOF A GENERAL OR SPECIAL MEETING
12.1 The Trustees must take all reasonable steps to notify the Beneficial Owners that a General
or Special Meeting of Beneficial Owners is to be held ("Notice").
Where the trustees of another trust are collectively a beneficial ownerof the trust (eg a
whānau trust) then only one of them may vote on behalf of the trust.
