taea te whakaingoa anō hei kaitiaki mō taua
papa kāinga tonu (mēnā ka whakamutua e te
kōti, he take whakawā kē tēnei).
A composite title is issued to
each house owner, comprising:
(a) the freehold share of the lessee in the
whole block, and
(b) the leasehold interest of the lessee in the
individual site.
