The notice is to be sent to that person not less than 48 hours before the start of the meeting (there is a sample of a postal vote form at the back of the Regulations). QUORUMS The quorum for general meetings is 20 shareholders, or the number of shareholders equal to two-thirds of the total number of shareholders (whichever is less).
