You can amend parts of these regulations as they apply to your incorporation but there would need to be a special resolution at a meeting of shareholders which is then confirmed by the Court.
In the case of a Special General Meeting, the notice will state first the reason for holding the meeting. 3.18 The notice will be posted on the Marae Facebook Page and any other relevant portals and will also be announced over iwi radio.

In addition, experts from within the Ministry of Justice – Eamonn Bolger and members of Special Jurisdictions were consulted. Feedback in general was positive, the schedule and report were noted as having been well ordered with excellent use of historical contextualisation of the Court as a “Court” (Judicial entity) and as a business unit (Crown entity).
