Review of trust
7.1 The Trustees must apply to the Court for a review of the Trust once every [5] years.
Variation
7.2 Only the Court can vary this Order.
The vast majority of
trusts and incorporations function despite the fact that the engaged owners continue
to be a minority, often a mere 5 to 10% of the owners.
