The largest investigations of title ever heard by

independent Rohe Pōtae or King Country
was split into three huge surveyed blocks of
land: the Rohe Pōtae proper, of 1.6 million
acres, Tauponuiatia, of about one million,
and Waimarino, of about 500,000 acres.
