A Māori incorporation is a structure similar to a company and any land or assets are vested in the Incorporation.

Incorporations appear to have fallen out of favour and I know of only one that has been formed in the last 20 years.
CONSENT If the land is vested in a trust or Māori incorporation, they must consent to the occupation order.
