It was not until October 2010 that the final Courtcase was completed. By that time the various applications and Courtcases had been running for over six years, until they were finally concluded in our favour.

Te Kooti Whenua Māori – Māori LandCourt (MLC) is the
New Zealand Court that hears matters relating to Māori
land.
At 2025 Chief Judge’s MB 373-390 (4 February 2025) the Court made orders amending a succession order to Teone Karepe I or Hoani Karepe at 32 T 117-119 (30 May 1972) and cancelling a succession order to Porokuru Te Kiwi at 155 ROT MB 234 (30 November 1970).
