STANDARD REFERENCE SYNTAX
The standard syntax for minute book series is as
follows:
NN MB PP or NN MB A-Z
Where:
• NN = minute book number
• MB = abbreviation associated with the minute
book
• PP = folio(s) or page(s)
• A-Z = used in place of the folio or page numbers
to indicate a search for the index pages
associated with the particular minute book.
For example:
51 Opotiki MB 67 translates to 51 OPO 67
Opotiki 51/67 translates to 51 OPO 67
