Registrar in Wellington, received up to the panui closing date of 10th of December 2025, are hereby
notified, pursuant to rules 3.18, 5.3 and 8.2(3) of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011, as being
outstanding and have yet to be determined or set down for in...
As an example of the way things have shifted, the Māori Land Court staff at Rotorua have 31 members whose ages range from early 20s through to being close to retirement.
During this period a national service for only urgent injunction applications is available on
Monday 29, Tuesday 30 and Wednesday 31December 2025. All other applications will
not be processed until the court reopens on Monday, 5 January 2026.
