On request, the chairperson may allow any person entitled to vote to inspect any proxyform.
The proxyform will lapse if the beneficial owner who authorises it dies, gives a written notice
that it is cancelled prior to the meeting for which the proxy was issued, or is present at the
meeting for which the proxy was issued.
Any
resolution will be carried if a majority of the
votes are in favour of it.

PROXY VOTING

This
person must be at least 20 years old. The proxyform can
be obtained from the trustees. Shares voted by proxy count
towards the quorum requirements.
An engaged owner is said to be “an
owner who has actively demonstrated their commitment to the ownership interest by
exercising a vote either in person or by proxy or nominee.” The engaged owners are
to be empowered to make decisions concerning the land (except for sale or
permanent disposition) that will bind all owners and third parties, without the need for
endorsement of the Court.
Voting
3.14 Voting for election of trustees will be by a show of hands of those attending the meeting.
3.15 There will be no proxy voting.
Notice
3.16 Notice of Annual General Meetings and Special General Meetings (collectively called 'general meetings') will
be a minimum of 21 days.
3.17 The notice will state the date, place and time when the general meeting will occur, and will outline the agenda.
