There are two types of grant: (a) Where a person dies leaving a valid will, a grant
of probate may be made to the executor(s) named in the will (although in rare
cases, formal administration may be granted to someone other than the named
executors); (b) Where a person dies intestate (without a will), a grant of letters of
administration is obtained.

(b) The Occupier shall be responsible for all infrastructure required to the Site from
the Parent Block boundary, in accordance with the building and resource
consents obtained by the Occupier and approved by the Landowner(s).

(b) Any variations made to the Trust Order or terms of the Trust;
(c) Records of the Trust Property that identify the assets, liabilities, income and
expenses of the Trust and that are appropriate to the value and complexity of
the Trust Property;

a) A Judge or Registrar considers necessary to preserve the Court’s historical record of title
and ownership; or
b) A Judge or Registrar considers necessary for the Court to function as a court of record;

c) Are required to be kept of maintained under Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993; and
