The trustee becomes the legal owner when the order appointing them as trustee
for the land is registered against the title.
Trustees must also make basic trust information available to
all beneficiaries (such as a list of the trust’s beneficiaries, the
name and contact details of trustees, and the appointment or
removal of trustees).
A certificate, signed by the
Māori trustee or the court-appointed agent or trustee or the
alienor, that the money has been paid, is sufficient evidence
to satisfy the Court.

she reaches 20 years of age or marries,
