Section 218 of Te Ture Whēnua Māori Act 1993 contains a list of Māori community purposes to which income

of assembled owners for any Māori Freehold land or General Land owned by Māori to consider 1 or more resolutions for

WHAT IS THIS FORM FOR?
This form may be used by the executor(s)/administrator(s) of an estate to certify those persons entitled to the Māori
freehold land interests held by the estate, and/or in the case of a deceased Māori, any General Land intrests.
This form is for an injunction under s19 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993. The Court may prevent trespass or injury
to Māori land, prohibit dealings with property in proceedings, or require restoration — but is not limited to these
grounds.
