MEETINGS
General meetings
4.1 The Trustees must call a general meeting of the Beneficiaries:
(a) Within 12 months of the date of establishment of the Trust; and
(b) After that, at least once every [INSERT NUMBER] years.
4.2 The Trustees must take all reasonable steps to notify the Beneficiaries of any general
meeting of the Beneficiaries.
4.3 The Trustees must keep an attendance record and minutes of all general meetings of
the Beneficiaries.
Where there are more
than three trustees, a quorum 12 is at least
half of this total. Where there are only two
trustees, both are required for the purpose
of establishing a quorum.
