Trustees and committeemembers

The register will record, for each member of the management
committee: details of member’s interest in the Māori freehold
land incorporated; the dealings in the interests by the
member; and declarations made by members.
An incorporation must maintain a register of interests for committeemembers setting out:
the details of any beneficial interests held by each member
any dealings in the beneficial interest by each member, and
any declarations made by members of the committee.
