MĀORI LAND COURT CONTACT DETAILS
Applications should be lodged with the Registrar in the Māori Land Court District in which some or all of the lands or the subject matter
of the application is located.
The term mana motuhake is a term that encompasses all of the above elements, but serves
to point out that mana is something that applies to Māori people of Aotearoa and to them only.
This form may be used to apply to the Court to confirm one or more resolutions passed by owners in Māori Freehold
Land or General Land owned by Māori who together are members of the same family and who have taken the
opportunity to meet together following a family gathering (such as tangi, wedding or reunion).
