A Beneficial Owner who is dissatisfied with a
decision to decline a request for accounts on the grounds of confidentiality can apply to
the Court for disclosure. If the Trustees are of the view that accounts are confidential,
they must notify the requesting Beneficial Owner of his or her right to apply to the Court
for a disclosure order.
