Hearing your application in court
If your application is scheduled for a court hearing, you
should attend the hearing. If you can’t attend, arrange for a
family member to attend to answer any questions from the
judge, or you may need to instruct a solicitor.
ATTENDEES
Any beneficiary or other person for whose benefit the
reservation has been created may attend the meeting. The
meeting will be chaired by a trustee or a person nominated
by the trustees.
