In assessing a fair share value, the share valuer will take into account: • any change in the current market value of the Māori incorporation’s assets since the last balance date • any money paid to the shareholders since the last balance date • the estimated financial results of the Māori incorporation for the current financial year • anything else that might affect the equity value of the Māori incorporation.
