Where a Trustee power is exercised for any other
reason or purpose it is not a valid use of the power and the Trustee(s) responsible is/are
accountable for any loss or damage caused by the invalid exercise of power.
Role of BeneficialOwners' views
1.2 When exercising their powers, the Trustees are not bound by, or required to comply
with, the resolutions made by Beneficiaries at a general meeting of Beneficiaries.
