Under cl 15.7.5, successors at this hui will consider alternative redress options, alongside determining the status of the land and the manner in which it will be held.

6. A change of ownership of land gives the recipient of that interest the ownership
and its associated rights (land may be vested in a trustee, or shares may be vested
in another person).

The Jury Trial Protocol and Jury Trial Guidelines have been modified to take account
of the Government’s decision, and in light of this public health advice.
To support these changes, the Ministry of Justice is updating its advice to those who
are summoned for jury duty.
