If you think that you have been
adversely affected by this process and wish to make representations on the application, you must notify the
Court in writing by 4 pm on the 1st day of December 2022 and specify brief details of your concerns.
With changes to the role of the Chief Registrar, Steve is now responsible for exercising statutory powers in accordance with the applicable Act, providing technical advice relating to Court processes and procedures and supporting the staff and managers of the Māori Land Court to enable them to deliver excellent customer service.
Also, make sure you have one or two questions to ask us at the interview – we want this to be a two-way process. Other suggestions to help you prepare for the interview include practising giving your answers out loud and reviewing the Ministry of Justice website.

In your application, you’ll need to provide:
evidence that there were errors made in the election process and should be declared invalid, and
evidence to show general support that those errors did in fact happen.
