requirements and these are usually set out
in the application form or can be checked
with Court staff.
The Māori Land Court ("Court") has constituted a whānau trust for the purposes set out
in this Trust Order (“Order”).
B. The Trustees have consented to become the Trustees of this Trust subject to the
powers, duties and obligations set out in this Order.
For

You can file your completed application in person at any MLC
office.
