There are some cases cited in the bench book that are only available in private commercial subscription legal databases. If you have a paid subscription to those databases you can look the case up.

The orders were:
Pursuant to section 131 determining the status of Area 1, comprising the residue in
conveyance 4G/11835 and described in LINZ database as Parcel ID 3611851 as Māori
freehold land, subject to survey.
...if you have entitlement for
succession
If a family member has died and you believe they may have
owned interests in Māori land to which you may be entitled
to succeed, you can find out about those interests by:
• searching the Māori Land Online database. Go online to
maorilandonline.govt.nz
• visiting or contacting the MLC and searching their
database.
This process is known as a Part IV
search and is provided free of charge
• searching on the Māori Land Online

Agencies such as the Māori Land Court, the Māori Trustee, Collections, and the Electoral Enrolment Centre all have separate databases with addresses of Māori land owners. This information in my view should be brought together and made available to the Māori Land Court, and then to an owner who wishes to develop his land and needs to notify owners.
SPATIAL PLAN
These are plans that have no parcel outlines,
bearings or distances shown on the LINZ database.
Most ML plans will have spatial capture of the
boundaries and marks etc.
The court order also informs the information we provide to Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) to ensure the changes in legal ownership are updated in their database. We'll send you a copy of your court order two months after the date of the court hearing.
