Recording dividends
There is a new requirement on incorporations to record the
details of dividends paid to shareholders.
The record will include the name of each shareholder who
received a dividend, the amount paid to the shareholder and
the date of each payment.
If you are interested in, or affected by, one of these applications and wish to make

2026 providing your name, address, telephone number and email address (if any) and setting out your connection
