At the same time as applying for
succession, you can apply to establish a
whānau trust 13. You need to include both
applications (this streamlines the process
so that you, the Court staff, and the Judge
are able to deal with the succession and
the establishment of a whānau trust at the
same time).
(Land may be vested in a trustee or shares may be vested in
another person.)
