Where a detertmination or order has already been made by a Registrar, affected persons may also
apply to the court to seek a review of that determination or order. A review must be lodged within 20
working days after the determination or order is made or, at the satisfaction of a Judge, within a longer
period.
If you are interested in, or affected by, one of these applications and wish to make
representations concerning the application, you must notify the Court in writing by 4pm on the 1st day of November
2024 providing your name, address, telephone number and email address (if any) and setting out your connection
with the application and brief details of your concerns.
If you are interested in or affected by an application and wish to make representations on the
application, you must notify the Court in writing by 4 pm on Tuesday, 31 January 2023 and specify brief
details of your concerns.
