Once the training is completed you will receive a certificate, a copy of the presentation and other relevant information to help you on your journey to becoming a trustee.
The Court may, on considering your notification, arrange for the application to be set down for a formal hearing if the application has yet to be determined or for a rehearing if the application has already been determined.
The trust should also place a notice about the meeting, with a meeting agenda, in a local newspaper.
