Step 1
1.1 After logging into Pātaka Whenua as a registered user, on the left side click “Search” then “Block” – this will
take you to the Block Search
1.2 In the “Block Name” field, start typing the name of the block.

So I say to our Māori women, prepare yourselves and take your seat at the table. Personally, being able to serve by assisting Māori to achieve their aspirations for their whenua and presiding over claims by Māori under the Treaty of Waitangi is a great honour.
However, it is possible to make application to the Court to have an area excluded from a reservation pursuant to section 338(5), and then to set up an ahu whenua trust in relation to the excluded area with the object of allowing housing development to take place.
(e) To buy, lease or exchange; to purchase, take on lease, take in exchange,

privileges which the Trustees may think necessary or convenient in furtherance
of the objects of the Trust.
