OWNERSHIP SCHEDULE
This is a list of owners for the block.
On the paper record, it will also show in some cases a
record of successions and the minute book record of
this.
These changes include making it easier for landowners to establish Māori incorporations,
and provisions for removing a trustee or a member of a committee of management of an
incorporation have been updated. There is a new requirement for Māori incorporations to
record the details of the dividends paid to shareholders.
(d) However, the mortgagee must send the sale documents to the Registrar for
noting to update the Court’s records.
24. Upon mortgagee sale the land remains as Māori freehold land.
