You told us about the service we have provided - now we are sharing the results

E koekoe te tūī, e ketekete te kākā, e kūkū te kererū. 

Every bird sings its song, just as each person communicates in their unique way. 

Between 30 June and 20 July 2025, a survey was run to obtain feedback from Māori Land Court users about their experience engaging with MLC. 

We asked about the overall experience, how easy it was to apply using forms and online through Pātaka Whenua, whether the draft submission helped, how safe and practical the court buildings felt, what it was like attending hearings online or in person, and how long it took to get court minutes and orders. 

An invitation to participate was sent to National Pānui subscribers, a website story, Facebook post and posters with QR codes in Māori Land Court offices.
