NOTE: Signed consents of those trustees who are retiring by rotation according to the terms of the trust order, or who were present and accepted the election process,
are not required.

We get a small amount of dividend payments each year and a tax return has to be prepared. Our trust order requires the trust to be reviewed every five years by the Māori Land Court.
However, the trustees must have the power to grant
licences to occupy in their trust order. The trust order may
also limit who may apply and impose any conditions.
