TAKE NOTICE that the Nigel Pedersen Family Trust has made application to the Māori Land Court at Hastings for confirmation of a sale of Lot 29 Deposited Plan 15949 block (being 0.0636 hectares more or less) located at 17 Te Paerahi Road, Pōrangahau within the Tākitimu Māori Land Court district.
TAKE NOTICE that Stephen Thomas Ball and Christine Anne Ball have made an application to the Māori Land Court at Whangārei for confirmation of a sale of Te Maika A7 block (RT 31346) (being 2425 square meters more or less) located at 102 Tutukākā Block Road, Tutukākā, Whangārei within the Taitokerau Māori Land Court district.
On Friday 29 November, the old Māori Land Court on Lowe Street Gisborne was closed, and the new court opened on Gladstone Road. A crowd of approximately 100 people gathered to witness this transition through the blessing and official opening by Sir Derek Lardelli and his team of kaikarakia of Te Rā Tū, the new Tairāwhiti Māori Land Court.
