On 5 August 2026, the Court provided notice of the Judicial Conference to all parties.
On 7 August 2026, the respondent, Mr Duane Monk, advised the Court that he would be
out of the country and would not return until 5 December 2026.
She asks that the adjournment be declined and
that the hearing proceed.
