Trust Property means property listed as Trust Property at the time the Trust was
created and any further property which may in the future be acquired by the Trustees
from any source for the purposes of the Trust.
The minimum quorum8 for any trust meeting must
be more than half of the appointed responsible trustees and
any decision must be agreed by more than half of all trustees
(not just those present at a meeting).
