10. Dispute Resolution
(a) If any dispute arises out of these terms and conditions, the Landowner(s) or the
Occupier may:
(i) file an application to the Māori land Court for the dispute to be
determined; or
(ii) by agreement (in writing) adopt the Alternative Dispute Resolution
process (ADR process) set out below:
