Te Kooti Whenua Māori – Māori Land Court (MLC) is the
New Zealand Court that hears matters relating to Māori
land.
However, if the document needs to be registered against Toitū
Te Whenua – Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) title12 to
the land, then every trustee must sign it.
If you want to remove a trustee, you’ll need to provide:
evidence of any meetings called to remove the trustee(s) and the attendance and minutes, and
the details of the trustee or trustees who should be removed and the reasons why.
