Prior to its integration into the Department for Courts
and Ministry of Justice, the Māori Land Court was
part of a section within the Department of Māori
Affairs (often referred to as the court section).
Accordingly, whilst all the beneficiaries of the respective whānau trusts are also beneficiaries of the ahuwhenua trust, there is no election oftrustees at an ahuwhenua trust AGM.
Use this form to create an AhuWhenua Trust (a land trust) by vesting one or more land blocks in trustees to
