In July 2026, the Māori Land Court released an updated list of successors identified in relation to the Hāwea/Wānaka Substitute SILNA Block. The substitute block is being provided through the Ngāi Tahu Treaty Settlement.

The lease to be drawn on the Māori Trustee’s standard form of lease suitably amended or extended as the lessee and the agent/trustee(s) shall agree on. The block contains 22.9659 hectares and is situated on 402 Omuturangi Road, Auroa.
