The funding is for clean-up of sediment & debris, where mahi has already been completed (either by owners or by contractors) and for any similar mahi to be completed in the future. Any member of the preferred class of alienee who wishes to submit a tender for the purchase
of the said lands or enquire as to the terms of sale can do so by contacting the vendors
