The Māori Land Court and the Māori Appellate Court operate under the authority of the Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993. Both courts also consider other legislation to ensure that Māori land is treated as taonga-tuku-iho.
The Māori Land Court is notifying all owners of the above block about the following pānui from the trustees of the Alton Block VII Sec 2 Ahu Whenua Trust.
The trustees want to get in touch with every owner so they can update their contact details.
