The Jury Trial Protocol and Jury Trial Guidelines have been modified to take account of the Government’s decision, and in light of this public health advice. To support these changes, the Ministry of Justice is updating its advice to those who are summoned for jury duty.

That information makes up the Māori Land Court record, which is the legal and official documentation of land ownership of whenua Māori.
At this stage in te pā whenua, the decision or outcome of the application will be actioned by carrying out a change in the land and/or landownership.
