24.1 Whether they have the necessary experience to be appointed; and
24.2 Whether any of the existing estimates as approved will need to change.
Your application will be considered ‘uncontested’ when:
• it has been notified according to the Māori Land Court
Rules; and
• it has been published in the Māori Land Court’s National
Pānui; and
• no one has objected to the application.
