(e) If the parties cannot agree on a mediator, then one will be appointed by a Judge
of the MāoriLand Court in the district where the relevant land is located.
This brought the MāoriLand Court record into the computer age with details of Māoriland blocks and their owners being accessible nationwide, without owners having to travel to the MāoriLand Court where the land was located to get information.

Succession to further interests
If you’ve already submitted your succession application and you discover that there are more Māoriland interests to include, you can apply for succession to further interests.
It would be interesting to see the response if our MāoriLand Court required the parties’ written submissions in upcoming cases to be uploaded to the Māoriland Court website prior to hearings.
The Jury Trial Protocol and Jury Trial Guidelines have been modified to take account
of the Government’s decision, and in light of this public health advice.
